How We Help
FBLC provides a variety of pro bono legal services to qualified applicants.
To qualify for legal services through FBLC, applicants must:
* Be a resident of Fort Bend County.
* Generally have a household income no greater than 175% of the federal poverty guidelines (FPG)
* Be current with child support payments, if applicable.
Additionally,
* No fee generating cases are accepted.
* No traffic court cases are accepted.
* No criminal cases are accepted.
* Incarcerated applicants are ineligible for services.
