If you would like to assist a low income Fort Bend County resident in need of legal representation please contact Tasha Billingsley for more information. You have the knowledge and talent to help improve someone’s life. Contact FBLC’s Services Coordinator, Tasha Billingsley, at tasha@FortBendLawyersCARE.org or 281-239-0015 if you’d like to help!
VOLUNTEERS
The State Bar of Texas has resolved that each Texas attorney should aspire to render at least 50 hours of legal services to the poor each year. The following attorneys have accepted pro bono cases through the Fort Bend Lawyers Care program, attended LegalLine or Day of Giving, presented at Women's Legal Forum, given community presentations, or worked on planning committees. All have contributed significantly to FBLC's success. You can join this list of distinguished Fort Bend County attorneys by becoming an FBLC volunteer.
For more information, please contact Tasha Billingsley, 281-239-0015. FBLC Volunteer Lawyers
FBLC Non-Lawyer Volunteers
In addition to the many volunteer lawyers, FBLC has been blessed to have several non-attorney volunteers donate their time and talents to benefit Fort Bend County. These volunteers have staffed LegalLine, assisted with Day of Giving and Final Planning, worked on the newsletter, and served on committees, and we are grateful for their commitment to pro bono legal services in Fort Bend County. For more information, please contact Holly Reyes, 281-239-0015.
